We offer a variety of color options with 2 types of tubes. White Tube (White Jacket) - When the sign is turned off the tubing appears white and the color is a bit paler when turned on Colored Tube (Colored Jacket) - When the sign is turned off the tubes are still colored and the color is more intense when turned on We also offer a color changing option as well! Absolutely! We provide our most popular font options or a link to even more fonts, but that doesn’t mean you are limited to that! Send us your image, logo, or desired font (if it isn’t already on our list) and we’ll work with you to create exactly what you’re wanting to create in neon!

Every sign comes with a free power supply, remote and dimmer, and hanging accessories!

Material Our LED signs are made with LEDs encased inside a flexible casing compared to traditional neon that is composed of glass and gas. Safety As mentioned above, traditional neon signs use toxic gases and real glass so they can be dangerous when in areas where they may be touched or not properly secured. LED neon eliminates the risk of leaking gases and broken glass. In addition, LED signs are more energy efficient and produce less heat so they will stay cool and safe to touch compared to traditional neon. Durability Both LED and traditional neon signs can run for a very long time depending on usage and environmental conditions. The lifetime of a sign is usually based on hours of usage, so the less you use them, and in the better conditions you keep them in, the longer they will last. Unlike traditional neon that is made with very fragile glass tubes, our LED signs are made with a flexible tubing that is virtually unbreakable.

Yes! We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all signs that covers any manufacturing defect and workmanship errors. Please note that our 1-year warranty will be voided if you decide to hardwire the neon as you are voluntarily changing the components of the neon and we will have no control over how it's installed.

We make it easy! With every purchase we include a free hanging cable kit which is great for temporary hanging such as weddings, baby showers, or parties! We also provide a wall mount kit for when you are ready to hang your sign from the wall and have it be more permanent. Regardless of how you decide to display your new custom LED neon, we provide you with the necessary accessories to do so!
